Production & Shipping
Common questions about timelines, rush orders, and delivery.
A: After you submit your artwork, we send a digital mockup within 2–24 business hours. Once you approve the design, production typically runs 2–7 business days depending on order size. We keep you updated throughout so there are no surprises.
A: Yes. Rush production and expedited shipping are both available. Reach out to our team before placing your order, share your deadline, and we’ll confirm availability and any updated pricing. The earlier you contact us, the more options we have.
A: Yes — we ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees assessed at the destination. These charges vary by country and are outside our control. We make sure every shipment is properly documented to help the process go smoothly.
A: Absolutely. If your order needs to go to more than one location, include all shipping addresses in your order notes when you check out. Our team will arrange separate shipments for each address. Additional shipping charges may apply per destination.
Orders & Customization

A: Yes. Custom Hat Maker offers standalone custom patches with a minimum order quantity of 12 pieces. These use the same premium finishes and materials as our full hat orders — ideal if you already have your own headwear and just need the emblems.
A: Every order includes a digital mockup showing your logo applied to the hat before a single unit is made. We review your artwork by hand, send the proof, and wait for your written approval before production begins. Nothing moves forward without your sign-off.
A: Unlimited. We keep refining your design until you are completely happy with it. One round of changes or five — it doesn’t matter. Once you approve the final version, that’s when production starts and not a moment before.
A: We accept the following:

Vector formats (SVG, AI, PDF) produce the sharpest engraving and embossing results. If you only have a raster file (PNG or JPG), our team will check the resolution and let you know if adjustments are needed before production.
A: Yes. You can mix material tones and finishes within the same order. Some specialty or metallic finishes may have their own minimum quantity requirements. Our team will confirm any specifics when you submit your artwork and design preferences.

Orders, Returns & Policies
Common questions about changes, refunds, and how to use our products commercially.
A: Changes and cancellations are accepted before mockup approval only. Once you’ve signed off on your design and production has started, we are no longer able to make modifications or process cancellations. If you need to adjust something, contact Custom Hat Maker as soon as possible and we’ll check your order status right away.
A: Because every hat is custom-made to your approved design, completed orders are non-refundable. If your order arrives with a verified manufacturing defect or a production error on our end, we will resolve it — no question. Contact us within 15 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we’ll take care of it promptly.
