Return & Refund Policy

At Leather Hat Patches, every product is custom-made to match your specific design and branding requirements. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we have specific policies regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.

Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

Custom Products – No Returns or Refunds

All of our hats and leather patch products are custom-made to order.
For this reason:

  • We do not accept returns or refunds on custom products
  • Custom items cannot be resold or reused
  • Orders cannot be canceled after production begins

However, your satisfaction is very important to us, and we will always work with you if an issue arises.

When We Can Help

If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order:

✔ The product does not match your approved mockup
✔ The item has a manufacturing defect
✔ The decoration or patch does not match your approved design
✔ You received the wrong item

If the issue is verified:

  • A replacement order will be rushed
  • A return label will be provided (if applicable)

Returned items must be unused and unworn.

Order Cancellation Policy

Before Design Approval

If your order has not yet been approved:

  • A 20% cancellation fee will apply
  • The remaining amount will be refunded

After Production Has Started

Once production begins:

  • A 50% cancellation fee applies
  • This amount will be deducted from the refund

After Shipping

  • Orders cannot be canceled or returned once shipped

Completed Custom Orders

Once a custom product is completed:

  • No refunds
  • No returns
  • No exchanges

This policy exists because custom items are made specifically for you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Inspect your order immediately upon delivery
  2. Contact us as soon as possible
  3. Provide photos of the issue

We guarantee our craftsmanship for up to 60 days after delivery and will resolve any verified issues promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-made products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous or flammable materials

If you are unsure about an item, please contact us before ordering.

Exchanges

Because our products are custom-made, we do not offer traditional exchanges.
However, if there is an issue with your order, our support team will work with you to find a solution.

Mistaken Returns

Please do not send any items without contacting us first.

If an item is sent without authorization:

  • We cannot guarantee it will be returned
  • We are not responsible for lost or incorrect items sent to us
