  • Shipping cost calculated at checkout

UPS

  • Delivery time: 2–5 business days
  • Shipping cost calculated at checkout

  • 99% of custom orders ship within 7 business days
  • In rare cases, delays may occur due to supplier availability or production volume
  • If any delay occurs, you’ll be notified promptly

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard shipping: 2–10 business days
  • Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout

Packaging

All orders are carefully packed in durable, high-quality corrugated boxes to ensure your custom hats arrive safely and in perfect condition.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships:

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email
  • You can track your shipment until it reaches your doorstep

Shipping Protection & Insurance

  • Shipping insurance is optional and available at checkout
  • We strongly recommend adding protection to safeguard against loss or damage during transit
  • Orders without shipping protection are not eligible for replacement if lost or damaged

Damaged or Lost Items

Damaged Orders

  • Must be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Clear photos of the damage are required
  • Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement if eligible

Lost Orders

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days, contact us
  • Replacements are only available if shipping protection was purchased
